Enjoy Standup Paddleboarding at Snug Harbor in Buckeye Lake. Each session includes a fun dry land workout followed by a brief dry land paddleboarding usage & safety instructional & your entire experience will be led by a trained guide. The series runs June 1 - August 3rd at 10:00 AM.

  • Maximum Weight Limit 250 lbs.

  • Minimum Height 4 ft. (48 in.)

  • The minimum age is 8 years old.

  • All minors are required to have a guardian or parent signed waiver.

  • Ages 8-15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Cancellation Policy

90% refund if canceled 72 hours before activity. 50% refund if canceled 24 hours before activity. 25% refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the rental time.

Rachel Foltz of Healthy Body Strong Mind will lead Yoga sessions geared towards getting your body and mind ready to take on the lake. Paddleboarding utilizes full body muscle engagement, warming up the body and bringing focus to the different muscle groups you’ll tap into while on the water is key!

Karissa Carpenter of Namaste Soulful will lead a gentle yoga flow that will be perfect to focus on balance and range of motion so that once you hit the water, you will feel confident that your body and mind are connected to the task at hand.

Melissa Tevis of Synergy Strength will lead a Pilates mat session building strength and agility for the experienced athlete but easily modified for the beginner’s first session. We will activate these muscles and practice coordination and balance to have you confident for your paddle adventure.

Marissa Davis of Pea Ohana Watersports will lead paddleboard safety and training and help you learn your new favorite activity. Each session includes dry land practice before hitting the water.
